Ductile Grades (D Grades)

At Jaideep Metallics & Alloys Pvt. Ltd. we constantly strive to upgrade and improve on our products and services. We have now introduced Ductile grades of Fe 500D and Fe 550D, in addition to the existing standard grades.

Ductile grades or D grades happen to have far lower levels of sulphur, phosphorous and carbon which translates to greater elongation and ductility while keeping tensile strength intact in the bar. Additionally, D grade TMT bars can bend at sharper radii without the appearance of cracks. These features make the rebar resistant to higher seismic shocks making the structure more earthquake resistant.
